The team at Button Down consists of around five to six full-time members and a group of contractors assisting with support, documentation, and writing tasks. The goal is to maintain a small, close-knit team rather than rapidly expanding like traditional startups. The founder values the efficiency and focus achieved by working with a limited number of people, drawing from experience at larger companies to shape this approach.
