We have to change our relationship with food. We don't want to be driven to eat because of comfort, stress, all those things that I was just naming. Eating for an emotional event eating is you know, it cannot be for emotional reasons. It's not a hunger necessity or survival necessity at that point. And that's what I think more has to be kind of hit the brain like, why am I eating? Am I hungry enough to have a piece of meat? That's the question.
