The Psychosocial Dynamics
As trust erodes, there is a greater susceptibility to those psychosocial dynamics. There are also strategic effects, and those strategic effects see trust in democracy decline. That tends to lead to support for non-democratic forms of political action or foreign powers. So what does that mean for strategic policy responses? Well, naturally, I'd argue that to strengthen resiliencies in the population, it's important to calibrate policy responses.
