The Role of Engineering Managers in Resolving Stuck PRs
Engineers can be passionate and sometimes get stuck in the review process. As an engineering manager, it's your responsibility to address this. If a pull request is stuck for more than a day with multiple comments, it's a bad sign. PRs should be small and quick to review, with high throughput. Long review times and infrequent PRs indicate process problems.
