NOTE

Different Types of Fatigue from Strength Training

Strength training exercises like deadlifting, bent rowing, and squatting with a barbell on your back induce a unique and intense fatigue on the system compared to exercises without these. The reason behind this difference remains unknown, suggesting a possible link to muscles involved in spinal support. Deadlifting, in particular, has been reported to have a low total fatigue tolerance, affecting the body systemically rather than locally like other exercises. This type of fatigue may fall under the subcategory of systemic fatigue called axial fatigue.
