Challenges Faced by Classroom Teachers in Dealing with Parents' Behavior

Classroom teachers often face challenges when dealing with parents' behavior, as parents may sometimes behave in unrealistic and ridiculous ways. Despite this, teachers are expected to handle these situations with support from their superiors. The issue is more prevalent in primary schools, where the relationship between parents and teachers is closer, leading to a higher rate of teachers ignoring disruptive behavior due to the anticipation of parental involvement. Teachers in primary schools feel more connected to parents and hence experience pressure when managing student discipline without knowing the level of support they may receive from parents.
