We are not exercising the narrative portions of our brain as much as we used to, because we are so used to using computational machines./nThis is one of the reasons why I got involved with you, special operations, because they were very fixated on the idea that when they received recruits, those recruits had had years and years of training, and that they were like tests in memorization and always computational tests, and that they were totally inept at functioning in the actual world./nYou see this in the rise of anxiety, anger, and problems dealing with stuff, because we have gotten so much training up this one part of our brain that we have neglected to train up the other parts of our brain.
