Even if we go into this nuclear winter period for the next five years, let's say, in some ways, open doors. Value proposition is even stronger because what they're saying to people is, get out now. They've done a good jobf you no, thurning throug cause as they don't forget yet. But then they also have something sell into a down market, like they, they have to sell the house yer. I thinkt they've got a great team, and this is all that they've done is build these models to to give themselves wiggle room to protect themselves on the downside. And we'll see. Time will tell.
