To know the reality, one must understand oneself truly. The Mandukes suggest analyzing oneself to discover four aspects of the self - out of which, the fourth aspect leads to the ultimate reality. While three aspects are familiar, the fourth is the key to self-realization and understanding the true nature of oneself.
