Is Running a Necessary Thing?
Am elan is married to an ultra distance runner, and i know it takes a special sort to be able to do that. I can't be mindful standing still. It just doesn't work for me. So running in the afternoons not only gives me an energy kick, but also um lets me detach and see my own brain from a new perspective For half an hour or an hour. That's great. Um alon. Do you have any any way find that that balanced, that meditation?
