The Big Idea of Voting Systems
The idea is that it allows voting systems to take in in mation about how strongly people care about different issues, without encouraging them to express a very, very strong point of view on every single issue. So it kind of puts into balance the incentive to just a, a, the incentive to yell at the top of your lungs, with the interest of giving everybody an equal say. And it's basely, like, you can sort of think of it as a, I'm not sure if there are any other words for it but 'equal time'
