The 'zone of healthy anxiety,' where you feel a bit out of your depth and unsure of how to solve a problem, is a good place for learning. When you have a persistent feeling that you've encountered a problem before and it's too straightforward to solve, it's time to embrace discomfort and seek new challenges.
