Transitioning from Founder to Employee

The speaker had always started their own companies until now. They joined Obsidian because of their relationship with the founders and their passion for the app and community. They couldn't think of anything more exciting than helping build Obsidian. They believe entrepreneurship should be a last resort and starting a company should be driven by the desire to solve a problem or make an impact.
