Treatment with vein interventions improved orthostatic hypotension quality of life scores, indicating a positive impact on dysautonomia. A validated score showed that patients experienced improvement post-treatment. The combination of gonadal vein embolization and iliac vein stents was effective in enhancing the quality of life in patients with orthostatic hypotension.
