Consciousness and Artificial Intelligence

Creativity is a very basic, elemental, foundational things that machines can do. We're going to be able to program and make synthetic creativity. It's not the same thing as consciousness. I'm much more creative in my dreams than when I'm conscious. And so consciousness is actually, for the most part, when AIs come along, it's going to be a liability.
