Political Representation for AI Systems and Non-Human Entities

In determining political representation for AI systems and non-human entities with varying degrees of wants, cognitive ability, and capacity for suffering, the challenge lies in defining who counts as a participant versus a stakeholder. Currently, ordinary adult humans are both participants and stakeholders, but with the inclusion of a broader range of minds, the question arises as to how many individuals are being represented in decision-making processes.
