Annette has a favorite salad called Dr. Sacks-Stetter's bowl of life. It is a delicious combination of various ingredients such as lettuce, spinach, rainbow chard, cilantro, parsley, radishes, carrots, beets, and cabbage. Annette makes a big batch of this salad that lasts for about four days. It hits the mark in terms of variety, texture, flavor, and color.
