Customize Level of Abstraction in Single Tool vs Forcing Different Tools

I think that there's just like a lot of different ways that we could play with the Internet and computers to make it so that you're really customizing your experience. We don't do that we just kind of prescribe a one size fits all for most things. I mean we need standards that like people learn and how to interact with computers but I do think that there is a huge gap oftentimes.
