Waking up with the illusion of managerial knowledge, I soon realized I was just as clueless as before. Instead of pretending, I learned to be honest and ask for help when faced with something confusing. By showing vulnerability and admitting my lack of understanding, I create an environment where others feel comfortable doing the same. Today, I approach challenges by openly admitting when I don't know and seeking clarification. It's better to ask than to fake it.
