Over-specialization leads to extinction, as seen in both nature and in human over-specialization in certain fields. Humans are meant to be generalists who adapt by building tools, and the trend of work is moving from centralization to decentralization, following a natural cycle. Computers and technology, on the other hand, are hyper-specialists. People fear losing their jobs to technology, which is driving massive layoffs and lack of job fulfillment. Young people struggle to find paths to wealth as traditional routes like oil and real estate become resource-intensive. Therefore, the focus is now on generating wealth through digital and idea spaces, emphasizing the need for adaptability in the modern world.
