Knowledge Empowerment and Control in Religious Orders

The Quran was intended for all people, not just scholars, in contrast to some religious orders where knowledge is restricted to a select few at the top of the hierarchy. In certain faiths, such as Catholicism before the Protestant Revolution, access to religious texts like the Bible was limited to only the highest-ranking priests. This control over knowledge allows those in power to manipulate and exploit the ignorance of the general public. Similar to a mechanic taking advantage of a customer's lack of knowledge about cars by recommending unnecessary and expensive repairs, the monopolization of religious knowledge ensures dependence on religious leaders for interpretation and guidance.
