In the AI industry, companies are facing a saturation of competitors offering similar products. To win in this environment, companies may need to raise substantial capital and heavily subsidize costs to capture the market. However, Nvidia is standardizing many people's technology stacks, leading to a commoditization of the industry. As a result, the game becomes an economy of scale in terms of GPU procurement and utilization, with an emphasis on serving the company's own product over helping others.
