Framing your agenda as questions to be answered

Instead of framing an agenda as a set of topics, frame it as a set of questions to be answered. This forces the leader to think about the purpose of the meeting and who to invite. It also encourages thoughtful and structured discussions, and creates an atmosphere of inquiry. Additionally, when meeting invites include questions, participants become more engaged and prepared.
