Accepting the Limitations of Control and Surrendering to Thoughts and Feelings
The human mind wants to find a workaround to feel less helpless and in control. Surrender is an ongoing acknowledgment, not a one-time action. We cannot control our thoughts, they just come to us. We surrender to the thoughts, whether positive or negative. Trying to do something, even surrendering, means we are not truly surrendered. Acceptance comes from allowing the feeling of helplessness.
