More long endurance swims are needed

Training for swimming involves focusing on long, easy, endurance sessions without incorporating too many build sets. Unlike other training activities like biking or running, where structured workouts are common, swimming requires continuous swimming with short breaks in between. Experimenting with different sets such as ten times 400m or 6 times 800m can be beneficial for improving swimming performance.
