Different lenses in political perspectives
Every individual approaches a story with their own set of biases and perspectives. According to Arnold K. Kling's three languages of politics, liberals/progressives view the world through the lens of the oppressor versus the oppressed. Conservatives see it as a battle between civilization and barbarism, while libertarians view it as coercion versus voluntary action. These perspectives shape how each group perceives various issues, such as the minimum wage.
