I feel too often that what we do in implementation is we think, gee, we're done. And we are never done because this whole process has got to be recursive. You just don't quit. An example that I would offer is professional learning communities that you see ubiquitous around the world. When it's new, it's an initiative. It's not part of your culture. So making sure we're looking at the evidence, both the outcome evidence, but also implementation evidence, right? And then the last D is double up.
