NOTE

The Negative Correlation Between School Spending and Student Outcomes

There is a negative correlation between the amount of money a public school spends per student and the outcomes achieved. In my version of school choice, parents can use vouchers to send their kids to better performing schools that spend less. They should also be able to take half the difference in spending with them. This could result in a significant amount of money upon graduation. This is a much better use of money and a great idea.
