Identity Soars Above Biology
The perspective of moving beyond chromosomes to view identity as more important is considered by some as a progressive approach. While male and female are undeniable biological categories based on chromosomes, there is a belief that identity transcends these biological factors. It is acknowledged that cases of intersects are rare, but there is a growing recognition that identity should be valued above strict biological definitions, despite differing opinions on this matter.
