It's very hard for technical people not to add value constantly, says Adwen. For nine years, i trained the admirals united states navy. Your suggestions become orders if they're smart or stupid - that suggestion is an order. At home, about half the time, if you have to ask, its worth it. If you have to asks, there's a good bet don't even think about it. Breathe. Is my comment going to improve this other person's commitment? If the answer is no, breathing n is it worth saying? Sometimes it is. Sometimes it's not.
