Happiness is not a fixed state that we reach but rather a continuous journey of maintaining a balance. Similar to maintaining a healthy diet, happiness is about ensuring a balance in different aspects of life. Just like macronutrients in food, there are three 'macronutrients' for happiness - enjoyment, engagement, and meaning - that need to be in balance to achieve a state of happiness.
