The power of mindfulness is to get those judgments that have been shoved into us. You can cultivate it through meditation or tiche chegong, centring, prayer, yoga. And there are also indebted practices that we integrate into our daily life. So i'm really trying to cultivate this receptive axcepting a state of awareness so i can respond in a way that you could very justifiably call mindful.
