It's okay to feel anger in response to negative stimuli, but the key is to move through it rather than getting stuck. Negative emotions are viewed as energy in motion, and it's natural to feel them briefly. The goal is not to eliminate the emotion but to understand its message and then shift focus to something more constructive. By doing so, one can become a positive influence in the world, like the Dalai Lama, who experiences momentary anger, understands its message, and then moves on to do something useful and constructive.
