They understand that going back to the first point, they're paid on results not time. And in order to get better results, they need more energy. You need to understand that energy is the most valuable currency on earth, or maybe not the most valuable currency on earth, but to yourself, it should be your most valuable currency. In my opinion, more so than time and more so than physical money.
