A lot of people talk about integrity or respect for other human beings. Those are fine values, but they're not really very differentiating because almost every company says it. And rather than saying, get rid of that, what we say is call it what it is. If you don't respect other people or if you don't have integrity, it's not going to be good for you here, but that's not because it's a core value. It's just a low bar that you have to get over to even qualify.
