Performance decreases well-being

When i started coaching in the early naughties, if you like to call it that, i didn't dare mention well being. So it really wasn't spoken about. And what we've discovered over time is that a sole focus on performance can actually undermine well being. It doesn't mean that your not still focused on performance. Its actually about maintaining, or perhaps even stretching yourself a little in terms of some of your performance goals.
