The investigation into the killing of Tupac Shakur faced challenges from the start. The police, who had antagonized and handcuffed witnesses and victims, struggled to gain cooperation. The drop-by shooting made it difficult to identify the shooter, and Orlando Anderson, one of the interviewees, denied involvement. The street nature of the crime meant that people were hesitant to talk to the police. However, after 26 years, new information emerged, leading to the reexamination of the case and the connection of individuals to Tupac's murder.
