Parenting, like any kind of work, requires utilizing various working geniuses, frustrations, and competencies. Each parent may have different strengths and weaknesses in their approach to parenting. Unlike in a team where gaps can be filled by hiring or collaborating with others, in parenting, couples need to navigate and balance their unique working geniuses to effectively raise children.
