Confidence Amidst Doubts and Challenges

Confidence that precedes achievements and the belief in what you're doing are crucial to overcome doubts and challenges. Despite having people on his own team trying to instill doubts into his mind, James Cameron remained confident in his film Titanic, even when facing criticism and ridicule from critics and the media. He had enough footage for a four-hour movie, was over budget, and was told there was zero possibility of the film making any money. Despite feeling exhausted and drained, he did not give in to doubts and maintained his belief in the project. Eventually, Titanic became the most financially successful film, making almost $2 billion. Cameron's determination to do what he wants, when he wants, and maintain absolute control led him to step away from feature filmmaking at the height of his directorial success.
