"If you want to write, write": Taking Action on Your Dreams

Sometimes we think we need to take drastic external actions to pursue our passions, like quitting our jobs. However, all we really need to do is start doing what we love. This lesson was reinforced when the author told their dad they wanted to be a writer and he simply said, 'If you want to write, write.' So the author started by waking up an hour earlier to write, realizing that small actions can lead to big results in pursuing our dreams.
