In a room full of older men, a young woman should focus on delivering her service and not worry about her age or gender. Confidence is key in persuading others, and Christina already has that. She should hold onto her belief in making a difference at the firm. Building trust and showing credibility are important, and small actions can help establish that. A recommended resource is the book 'Women, Find Your Voice' by Katherine Heathjill Flynn and Mary Davis Holt.
