Leadership is a big take away for me, both because of seeing how strongly it's addressed within an organization like nato. And i would say our programme, possibly, sometimes can be victims of their own success. If they're very successful and things are going well, people associate the knowledge management programme with the platform or technology that is being used. They forget tyou need continued, strong leadership and new teams rolling in to keep it going. Of course, knowledge massures about people, processs and technology.
