Breathing Correct Chance

If you train a muscle over and over again, it becomes more efficient. So if i train my 11 pounts of breathing muscles, they don't have to steal blood any more. The densest, most rich part of your lungs is at the bottom of your lungs. Breathing four to six of these breaths is the same as one diaphomatic breath, a horizontal breath. Think about that.
