Prioritize Honest Feedback Over Niceness
The concept is to de-stigmatize the idea that being nice is more important than giving honest feedback for the success of the team. Passionate team members may need to push others beyond perceived niceness boundaries to achieve the team's mission. Prioritizing being popular over doing the right, yet difficult, thing is a setback in relationships. Not voicing a difficult opinion to avoid being misunderstood is considered passive jerk behavior, hindering the progress of the team.
