As an organization, how do you ensure that your new hires are seamlessly folding into this OKR program? And how do you maintain the clarity on your strategy? Yeah, great question. For both OKRs and CliftonStrengths, we did large workshops to kick it off. But the main thing we really rely on is our managers. I think that they're the main way that we can try to keep that culture alive.
