Water Accumulation and Swelling in Tendons: Causes and Solutions

Water accumulation in the tendon causes swelling, leading to pain. In the early phase, the water is not tightly bound and can be squeezed out through warm-up or stretching exercises. However, it comes back after running. Massage can provide temporary relief. In the later stages, the problem worsens with the growth of vessels and nerves.
