Stephane: Initially we thought that we would cover some engineering skills as well with the course. But by talking with people, by talking with then excellent developers, we realize that wasn't so much about the technical skills at all. It was more about how can you stand out? How can you get more responsibilities and get feedback and iterate and do those things on the job? And so we realized that, oh, so it's not just technical skills. It's very different and what people usually talk about. We'll put this in the show notes.
