Blame serves as a pervasive addiction that obstructs emotional freedom, as holding onto blame—whether directed at others or oneself—prevents one from overcoming feelings of regret, resentment, frustration, or anger. This reliance on blame becomes an easy but ineffective solution to life's challenges. Furthermore, there is an inherent hypocrisy in instructing the next generation to overcome their upsets while failing to address our own. This generational transmission of blame is deeply embedded in the subconscious, perpetuated by a lack of understanding regarding its detrimental impact on personal growth and emotional health.
