Community Empowerment and Inclusivity

A homemade, community space that encourages creativity, discussion, and education was created in Los Angeles. This space includes a small theater and a database called Ray Crew, aimed at connecting diverse individuals with job opportunities in the film industry. The space has also prioritized inclusivity by hiring women directors for all seven seasons of Queen Sugar. The overarching goal is to find ways to bring good people together and show up for others as a role model.
