The Power of Meditation and Self-Awareness in Overcoming Negative Thoughts
Every morning, I religiously sit on my pillows for 35-45 minutes and meditate. This peaceful time alone helps me become aware of negative thoughts that can consume me. I reflect on why these thoughts matter and realize they are trivial. It reminds me that life is short and I shouldn't waste my time on meaningless negativity. This self-awareness and meditation practice help me manage and overcome my negative obsessions.
